This includes a comprehensive review of your child’s history, evaluation of your child’s temperament and a review of their sleep history. The consultation takes place either via telephone or FaceTime from the comfort of your home. In the consultation,  we will review your child's history, understand your child’s sleep needs, your goals for your child’s sleep, and answer all questions. I will then provide you with my tips and tricks on how to reach your goals. Together we will create a gentle, individualized, easy to follow plan based on your child’s developmental stage.
