I work with families with children age 6 and younger that have children not sleeping well.

The only problem is there are a ton of  resource material and facebook mom groups which provide soooo much overwhelming information about sleep BUT you have not seen any progress. 

Like all other skills, healthy sleep habits need to be taught.
